As a Vascular Surgery APP, you’ll join a highly skilled, supportive clinical team with strong physician and peer collaboration, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered vascular care.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with vascular surgeons and the interdisciplinary care team to manage complex vascular patients across the continuum of care.
Responsibilities include:
Managing inpatient and outpatient vascular consults and follow-ups
Providing pre-and post-procedural patient care, assessment, and education
Collaborating closely with physicians, APP peers, and clinical staff in a highly supportive environment
Supporting care coordination and clinical decision-making for high-acuity patients
Contributing to quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
Schedule
This is a full-time weekday position with a consistent schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
No call
No routine nights or weekends
In addition to working at BWMC, providers (both APPs and physicians) may rotate to outpatient office locations inQueenstown and Easton, with a newAnnapolislocation coming soon, to support patient access and continuity of care.

Work Experience
We’re seeking a confident, highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) who thrives in an acute care setting.
Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Maryland (or eligibility)
National certification as an NP (Family, Adult, or Acute Care) or NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants
Clinical experience in surgery, interventional radiology, cardiology, or acute care strongly preferred
Ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative, physician-supported practice model
